Dear Customer,
The undersigned IMMO.DUE S.r.l. "Il Negresco", in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), hereby informs you that for the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship in force, you may be required or may subsequently become aware of information relating to you.
1. Type of personal data processed
The following personal data may be processed: personal and fiscal data, contact details, bank details and other administrative or commercial data necessary for the purposes indicated below.
2. Purpose of processing
The data will be processed in order to manage your stay in our facility and the relative booking, in the performance of the hotel reception service you have requested and to fulfil legal, accounting and administrative obligations.
3. Legal basis
For the aforementioned purposes, the legal basis for the processing is the execution of the contract to which you are a party and the need to fulfil the obligations provided for by the regulations in force (by way of example, we cite Article 109 of Royal Decree 773 of 18 June 1931 on public security and subsequent amendments, relating to the communication of guests).
4. Conferment
The provision of the requested information is compulsory in order to fulfil the aforementioned legal and contractual obligations, therefore, any refusal to provide it would make it impossible for the writer to execute the contract or carry out all the fulfilments foreseen by the regulations in force.
5. Storage periods
The data shall be collected and stored for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes and in any case no longer than the storage period provided for by law.
6. Recipients of personal data
The data will be processed by staff in charge, appropriately instructed and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller or Data Processor.
Some of the information may also be communicated to the following subjects
- Public bodies (Public Safety Authorities, Tax Offices and others);
- Law firms or consultancies to which the Data Controller has given a specific mandate;
- Companies providing assistance and maintenance of IT systems or suppliers of IT filing systems;
- Other subjects or companies that carry out activities instrumental to the aforementioned purposes.

7. Rights of the data subject
We also inform you that, with regard to your personal data, you may at any time exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER I of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of their processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to withdraw any consent you may have given regarding the processing of your data and to object in whole or in part to their use, as well as to exercise the other rights recognised to you by the applicable regulations. These rights may be exercised by writing to the address below or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: direzione@hotelilnegresco.com. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you consider that processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
